Photography: The Correct View of a Lecturer in Masjidun Nabawi ﷺ

Below is a clip of the Sheikh Abdur-Razzaq Al-Badr and thereafter a link is included which would take one to Mufti Menk’s old fatwa on this issue of photography:

According to the website: http://www.abdur-razzaq-al-badr.com/:

“Abdur- Razzaq bin Abdul- Muhsin al-Abbaad (born 22 Dhu al-Qa’dah 1382H in Zulfi, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) is a prominent cleric in Saudi Arabia who is a regular lecturer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawee, Madeenah, Saudi Arabia. He is the son of the senior scholar, Shaykh Abdul-Muhsin bin Hamd al-Abbaad”

In this aspect of animate photography the Sheikh’s view corresponds with Mufti Menk’s ex and abandoned truthful Fatwa many years back. The truth was spoken on this particular aspect by many previously. What has caused this detrimental change leading the Ummah into further darkness? For the link one can simply click at the bottom:

May Allah Ta’laa give the Jamiatul Ulama of South Africa and others who have legalized this haraam true hidaayah. Aameen!
