Recently I read a fatwa of Mufti Zubair Saheb regarding the permissibility of marching on his website via this link:

However, when I told people this fatwa, they were shocked so they asked me for the link. Now, one will notice the fatwa is unavailable.
I understand a retraction should be clear or the latest fatwa should be released if it signals a different view. However that could not be found. It does raise huge eyebrows but Alhamdulillah the fatwa of Mufti Zubair’s has been stored thus I will reproduce it below:

Could Mufti Bhayat kindly inform the public about the following:
1. Should women be allowed to march?Mufti Bhayat should clarify whether Moulana Thanvi Rahmatullahi would have agreed to males and immodest females freely intermingling with one another during marches.As usual, Mufti Bhayat is very selective when he quotes the Akaabireen. He is notorious for appeasing the modernists’ crowds.
2. Could Mufti Bhayat kindly inform whether photography should be permitted during these marches.What about the marches being televised with Muslim ladies without Hijaab?
3. Is it permissible to have these marches during the times of Salaah?How many instances can Mufti Bhayat cite where marches changed the opinions of governments in the following issues:
Gulf War One
Gulf War Two
Invasion of Afghanistan
Invasion of Iraq
Invasion of Somalia
Invasion of Yemen Disposal of Hafez Musri?The list goes on and on…
It is clear from the above that Mufti Bhayat is simply a puppet of the West.Will Mufti Bhayat publicly call for Jihaad Ayn by the brave Ghazians against Israel?
