Ar-Rasheed Vol 3 No.2 – Muslims have to recite in the name of Jesus for Medicine

The old Jamiat was rock hard against interfaith and Kufr, this article from Vol. 3 No. 2 Ramadhân 1417/January 1997 reads:

Christian NGOs Changing Bangladesh Demography

Christian NGOs Changing Bangladesh Demography
A study into the role of non-government organisations (NGOs) in Bangladesh and the sudden rise in Christian population revealed some bare facts.
The manuscript entitled “The Role of Non-Government Organisations (NGOs) in the Abnormal Growth of the Christian Population of Bangladesh” which is due for publication, includes, among other things, a report on the alleged irregularities and practices of the NGOs written by the director of NGOs Bureau, Government of Bangladesh.
The report said that the director general had cancelled the registration of several NGOs on the grounds of defalcation of funds, receiving funds from foreign agencies without permission, violating government rules, indulging in political activity and using money and services to convert people.
Government Aid
But the end result of this good work came to naught, when the patron embassies intervening on their behalf, drove to the prime minister’s secretariat to tell her that if the registration was not restored and the criminal proceedings proposed to be instituted against them were not dropped, Bangladesh risked losing Western governmental aid too. The visit paid to the restoration of their license within hours. This episode underlines the power of the foreign NGOs.
Protests
There have been several incidents involving protests by the local communities against the cruel mercies of the NGOs, but these public demonstrations were not saying anything, which the government did not know already. It was not the case of not knowing and doing nothing, but a case of knowing and not being able to do anything.
Aid organisations
As of today, there are 30 000 foreign aid charity organisations and their ancillaries spanning an area of 54,000 sq. miles, a NGO density of one per 1.5 sq. miles. In contrast, India, which is 23 times larger than Bangladesh, has only 10,595NGOs i.e. one NGO per 205.6 sq. miles.
The study points out that, of the total annual foreign aid of $2 billion, one eight of it, i.e. $250 million is directly given to the NGOs as part of their budget for development of the country. Some 80 to 95 percent of the NGO funds and resources are spent on the salaries, perks of the foreign volunteers, propagation of Christianity and settlement of their Christian converts, while only 5 percent goes to the much talked about target groups.
To create an awareness in the minds of the Muslim leaders, politicians and religious scholars, the author has covered a small part of the massive and evil design of the Christian World that is changing the demography and religious pattern of the country.
Increase in Christian population
The report points out that during the period 1947 to 1970, the number of Christians in the territory has risen from 50,000 to 200,000, an increase of 400%. Similarly, between 1971 and 1991, the number rose to 5 million. It is reported that they have a target population of 10 to 12 million Christians by the year 2020.
Methods
The Bureau report provides an interesting insight into the methods adopted by the NGOs. Their main targets are the vulnerable: the women, the children, the poor, the uneducated and the alienated. Most try to buy or brow-beat the poor and vulnerable into changing their faith. Their policy is to employ last and favour those who convert. The idea is to create an economically influential community of converts who would, in due course control all thekeysectors of power, education, economy, social policy, bureaucracy and military, like in many parts of Africa.
Medical care
Missionary work among women is done under the cover of social awareness programs, which seek to wean them away from Islamic culture and family values and to introduce them to a loose and liberal morality of birth control and female emancipation.
A Muslim going to a missionary medical centre is given inferior medicine and after the medication has failed, he is given another medicine and this time asked to seek the blessings of Jesus (pbuh). He gets well and this proves that Christianity is superior to Islam.
In the fight of the above, the Muslim Ummah owes great responsibility to safeguard the Muslims of Bangladesh against the plots, conspiracies and attacks of the Christian fundamentalists and the NGOs on our customs, culture and ideology. If timely action is not taken by all concerned, and NGO bombs are allowed to explode, a Lebanon like situation will fast emerge in this country to the chagrin of all.
