The Salafi in short: Doubtful at most when it comes to wearing a topi or turban but walks around with the kaafir hairstyle and suit jacket and when it is cold he will cover his head with a beanie for Salaah.
Then comes Salafi Bhai “bidat free” but wants to be all friendly right before Salaah when the Iqaamah for Salaah is given. So this bidati aka Salafi acts as a preventer for us to respond to the Iqaamah because he demands our attention. Let them know, they and their MBS pals and agents are the worst shaytaans!
Regarding the Topi and Turban:
Ibn Taymiyyah Rahmatullahi Alaihi mentions the following incident below in Iqtidhaa us Siraatil Mustaqeem and also confirms it’s authenticity:
( قاله ابن تيمية رحمه الله في كتابه اقتضاء الصراط المستقيم و قال بعد نقل الحديث رواه حرب {الكرماني} باسناد جيد, 1/363-364)
During the Khilafat of Hazrath Umar (Radhiyallahu Anhu) the kuffaar began wearing topis and turbans in order to deceive the Muslims and receive the same recognition in society which was afforded to the Muslims in the Islamic state. When Hazrath Umar (Radhiyallahu Anhu) perceived this he immediately prohibited them, and drew up a constitution which was governed by the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). He enshrined in the constitution the distinguishing characteristics and salient features of Islam and thus prohibited the kuffaar from adopting these codes of conduct. Similarly he prohibited the kuffaar from adopting the Islamic attire and from wearing the topis and turbans of the Muslims (Iqtidaa us Siraatil mustaqeem 1/363-4).
أمير المؤمنين عمررضي الله عنه في الصحابة رضي الله عنهم ، ثم عامة الأئمة بعده ، وسائر الفقهاء ، جعلوا في الشروط المشروطة على أهل الذمة من النصارى وغيرهم فيما شرطوه على أنفسهم : أن نوقر المسلمين ، ونقوم لهم من مجالسنا إذا أرادوا الجلوس ، ولا نتشبه بهم في شيء من ملابسهم : قلنسوة أو عمامة… ( قاله ابن تيمية رحمه الله في كتابه اقتضاء الصراط المستقيم و قال بعد نقل الحديث رواه حرب {الكرماني} باسناد جيد, 1/363-364)
In Bukhari:
قال الحسن كان القوم يسجدون على العمامة و القلنسوة ( بخاري – باب السجود علي الثوب في شدة الحر 1/56)
Hazrat Hasan Basri (Rahmatullahi Alayhi) says, “The Sahaabah (Radhiyallahu Anhum) would make sajdah during salaah on their turbans and topis.“

What Should Be Said Upon Hearing The Iqamah(37)باب مَا يَقُولُ إِذَا سَمِعَ الإِقَامَة
Bilal (Radhiyallahu anhu) began the Iqamah, and when he said:
“قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ”
the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “أَقَامَهَا اللَّهُ وَأَدَامَهَا”
“حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْعَتَكِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ، حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ، مِنْ أَهْلِ الشَّامِ عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ، أَوْ عَنْ بَعْضِ، أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ بِلاَلاً أَخَذَ فِي الإِقَامَةِ فَلَمَّا أَنْ قَالَ قَدْ قَامَتِ الصَّلاَةُ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم “ أَقَامَهَا اللَّهُ وَأَدَامَهَا ” . وَقَالَ فِي سَائِرِ الإِقَامَةِ كَنَحْوِ حَدِيثِ عُمَرَ – رضى الله عنه – فِي الأَذَانِ .
Al-Bahr ar-Ra’iq.
وفي فتح القدير أن إجابة الإقامة مستحبة وفى غيره أنه يقول إذا سمع قد قامت الصلاة: أقامها الله وأدامها. (البحر الرائق: ٢٥٩١١).
Ad-Durr al-Mukhtar
.ويجيب الإقامة ندباً إجماعاً كالأذان ويقول عند قد قامت الصلاة: أقامها الله وأدامها. (الدر المختار مع الشامي: ٤٠٠١١. وكذا في الفتاوى الهندية : ٥٧١١).
Allah ta’ālā knows best.
Salafis reject responding to the Iqaamah but how does this particular Salafi justify making Salaam whilst the time of Salaah is seconds from commencing. A time when your total attention supposed to be focused on Allah Ta’alaa.
The Salafi will claim bidah for practices such as 20 Rakaats which was performed in the Haramain right till before the advent of Covid. Then too, their bosses did not change it to 8 Rakaats they changed old and gold Sunnah to MBS’s 10 rakaats.
What about all the shaytaani Haraam spending billions to put up cinemas and locking up those that speak the truth but that all is not bidat. Yes, it is 100% Haraam!

أَعُوذُ بِاللّٰهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيْمِ

Translation: Have they not seen how many generations We have destroyed prior to them, whom We had given in the land a position We did not give to you, and We left the heaven pouring over them and made rivers flow beneath them? Then We destroyed them because of their sins and raised up, after them, another generation.
