Are we celebrating the birth of Rasulullah Sallahu Alaihi wa Sallam or celebrating a war with Rasulullah Sallahu Alaihi wa Sallam.
Well ribaa does just that. Allah Ta’alaa announces a war with those who deal in ribaa.
Recently an informal experiment was conducted on the Wesbank website. The informal experiment was this. We used the normal services which is non Shariah. So we typed in that we require R100 000 for finance. This is what it gave us:

NOTICE:
Vehicle purchase price: R100 000
Monthly installments: R2100.65
Interest Rate: 13.00%
Now let us look at the so called “Shari” solution:

Take note of the fact that the same amount was used and the same results were given just one change you will notice. What is that? Look again? Do you notice?
Let’s simplify it for you:
Vehicle purchase price: R100 000
Monthly installments: R2100.65
Profit Rate: 13.00%
Whose fooling who in the zoo here?
Playing with words leaving people to go into a state of madness as they are touched by Shaytaan?
Look at the severe warnings for those devour interest. What about those who legalizing this all in the name of changing names?
Quran – Surah No. 2 البقرة
Ayah No. 275أَعُوذُ
(275)Translation:
Those who devour usury will not stand except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say: “Trade is like usury,” but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for Allah (to judge); but those who repeat (The offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever).
Rasulullah Sallahu Alaihi wa Sallam had trust in Sayyiduna Umar Radhiyallahu anhu. Such trust Rasulullah Sallahu Alaihi wa Sallam had in Sayyiduna Umar Radhiyallahu anhu that Nabi Sallahu Alaihi wa Sallam said said:
“if there was a Prophet after me, it would be Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu)”
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3686
Now which Moulana/Mufti can precede the status of Sayyiduna Umar Radhiyallahu anhu.
Sayyiduna Umar Radhiyallahu anhu’s verdict was:
Avoid ribā and that which looks like ribā
Ibn Majah
Does the above not look like ribaa? Clearly just a change of name.
