In a response to a specific situation which took place recently at a Masjid in Lenasia namely Abu Zar Masjid. A father brought his minor son to the Masjid who really ran a racket. It was intolerable. A musallee who is a 5 times Namaazi performed his Salaah at this Masjid. The 5 times namaazi warned the father that a child who screams so loudly and behaves in this manner cannot be allowed in the Masjid. The father instead of admitting to the wrongs of his son’s behaviour, responded by screaming at the grown up dedicated Musallee saying:
“You should rather stay at home. Rather you must not come to the Masjid!”

The Musallee behaved in the correct manner. In fact he relieved the congregation of their responsibilities. Today, with the secular mentality any and every Hukam of Allah Ta’ala and Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi wa Sallam can be reduced to nothing. As a result Fatwas have changed to fit into the secular subtle notion of love overrides commands. If the Musallee did not do this, we are actually asking for punishments like a red wind, earthquakes, the earth swallowing people, transformation and stones being cast because of the telltale signs for these punishments is:
وَإِذَا رُفِعَتِ الْأَصْوَاتُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ
“When voices are raised in the Masaajid”
Hadith Tirmidhi 2211
This is a rare Fatwa which Alhamdulillah we secured because many will say otherwise but hard copies, no modern Mufti or AI machine can adulterate!
The question to ask the father who defended the misbehaviour of his son is if he was to be invited to a meeting or attend an interview for a job he really was in need of, would he take his minor son with or not? If he had no other option and he had to and his son behaved in such a manner, to what point would he just stay silent? If the people attending the meeting or interviewers had reprimanded the father, then how would the father respond?
Salaah is not some mere exercise. Salaah requires devotion and attention. Look at two verses:
قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي صَلَاتِهِمْ خَاشِعُونَ
Translation:
“Successful indeed are the believers — those who are submissive in their Ṣalāh.”
Sūrah al-Mu’minūn 23:1–2
وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ
Translation:
“Seek help through patience and Ṣalāh. Indeed, it is difficult except for those who are humble.”
Sūrah al-Baqarah 2:45
Read this Hadith attentively:
Hadhrat Jubair bin Nufair Radhiyallahu Anhu narrates from Hadhrat Abu Ad-Darda Radhiyallahu Anhu who said:
“We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) when he raised his sight to the sky, then he said: ‘This is the time when knowledge is to be taken from the people, until what remains of it shall not amount to anything.”
So Ziyad bin Labid Al-Ansari Radhiyallahu Anhu asked: ‘How will it be taken from us while we recite the Qur’an. By Allah we recite it, and we make our women and children recite it?’
He (Hadhrat Abu Ad-Darda Radhiyallahu Anhu) said:
‘May you be bereaved of your mother O Ziyad! I used to consider you among the Fuqaha of the people of Al-Madinah. The Tawrah and Injil are with the Jews and Christians, but what do they avail of them?’”
Hadhrat Jubair Radhiyallhu Anhu said: “So I met ‘Ubadah bin As-Samit (Radhiyallahu Anhu) and said to him: ‘Have you not heard what your brother Abu Ad- Darda (Radhiyallahu Anhu) said?’ Then I informed him of what Abu Ad-Darda (Radhiyallahu Anhu) said.
He said: ‘Abu Ad-Darda (Radhiyallahu Anhu) spoke the truth.
If you wish, we shall narrate to you about the first knowledge to be removed from the people: “It is Khushu’, soon you will enter the congregational Masjid, but not see any man in it with Khushu’.”

In a world where we trying to deal with “Islamophobia” we should be asking a single question and that is:
“Are we the ones destroying Islam from inside?”
Just peep at the rules of the white house which is the official residence and workplaces of people who are filled with najaasah head to toe:
- A person applies and he is given a time slot. Would he ever miss that slot for anything in the world?
- If minors enter with their guardians, will the guardians allow them to behave in this rowdy manner? How many guardians will leave their minors to behave like this?
- No food and drinks are allowed in the white house.

In the Masaajid, there are cinema screens like you have seen at the hub for modernists namely: Nurul Islam!
Have a good look at this! Forget the Masaajid, when people are going to Baytullah, they have the audacity to Haraam there right at the Ka’bah al-Musharrafah!
Even Sh Sudais warned once upon a time against photography in the Haram Shareef albeit it was a by the way warning. You worried of Haram being bombed but you not worried about the warning Allah Ta’alaa gives for even just intending to do a crime in the Haram!
ؤمَن يُرِدْ فِيهِ بِإِلْحَادٍۢ بِظُلْمٍۢ نُّذِقْهُ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
Translation:
“And whoever intends therein to commit deviation/wrongdoing unjustly, We shall make him taste a painful punishment

The argument of introducing the child to the Masjid before age is baseless. You will see these same modernists have a great desire of bringing the children to the Masjid when it was actually time to be busy playing with blocks at home. The irony is when this very child is now of age to go to the Masjid then they make excuses to say we must use diplomacy and not force them!
Really speaking have we lost all respect for True Islam! Have we lost all Taqwa?
