The Masjid which has a relationship with the Muslimeen, attempts are in place to weaken that relationship, if not, annihilate it and destroy it from its roots.
We heard in some countries, they say, “this Masjid is very old so we closed it therefore do not read Salaah in there”. (The fact is) the older the Masjid the more noor (light) there is therein, the older the noor. You should read more Salaah in there, it is connected to the historic portion. They close it?
Different different places we hear, in Pakistan too, Karachi, a Masjid that is 40 to 50 years old. The judge says that this is a portion of the park, reconstruct it into a park. People have said, “we have permission and the paperwork is all in place and we are not in need of a park, rather we are in need of a Masjid.”
Similarly in the Babri Masjid of Hindustan and other Masaajid the signs are left there on the top.
In Jeddah of Saudi Arabia, we have heard one old Masjid is being turned into a entertainment centre or a park and now the command is being given to uproot it. Worshippers inside are weeping that this Masjid will be demolished.
So in many ways plots are in place against our Masaajid. That Masjid which Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said it is for Salaah and Allah Ta’ala’s remembrance and for the recitation of the Qur’aan, these Masaajid are being demolished, (or) talks are in place to do this.
In the name of Corona as you have heard, people reading Salaah in the Masjid, outside they mingling in congregation and then they come in the Masjid standing separately (shaytaani social distancing) to remove the noor of Sunnah. The Sunnah has noor, Sunnah has Allah Ta’ala’s bounty in it. With regards to Sunnah, Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وسلم said, “Upon you is my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Khulafa-e-Rashideen (the guided Khulafa), Bite onto it with your molars. Thus (social distancing), this is against the Sunnah to the point Corona is over and some Masaajid, till now, there is till Corona? This is despicable!
So all this, either demolishing the Masjid or closing the Masjid or in the Masjid such a Salaah is read which is against the Shari’ah, not according to the Sunnah. In the shebeens, people are gathering, in the malls people are gathering but in shame, the Masjid did not do any crime, still one cannot gather in the Masjid?
We need to understand Allah Ta’ala’s bounty and favour that Allah Ta’ala has kept in our bond with the Masaajid to sit and remember Allah Ta’ala.
