Modernists such as Molvi Bham, Yasir Qadhi, Mufti Tosir Miah of Darul Iftaa Birmingham and the likes sing the anthem of Shaytaan. They push Muslims more towards sin even though the global attacks on Islam has become more apparent. The question raised to these so called scholars is, “who do you really represent?”
A more detailed response in shaa Allah will have to be penned but for the moment, we request the Ummah to use their Aqal (intelligence) which Allah Ta’alaa has blessed you with.
وَلَا تَلْبِسُوا الْحَقَّ بِالْبَاطِلِ وَتَكْتُمُوا الْحَقَّ وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it]
Suratul Baqarah: Verse 42
All three scholars have uttered the same words in their recent posts. In short: “participate in world cup just do not miss your Salaah and Deeni obligations.” Mufti Tosir Miah has even edged to the point where he encourages Muslims to stay up and watch and then practice Qiyaamul Layl.
Allah Ta’alaa instructs in the above mentioned verse:
And do not mix the truth with falsehood or conceal the truth while you know [it]
Allah Ta’alaa says do not go close to Zinaa
وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا الزِّنَا ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ فَاحِشَةً وَسَاءَ سَبِيلًا
And do not go close to Zinaa. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way.
Suratul Israa, verse 31
They reckon, “go close.”
Quraan Shareef instructs men to lower their gazes:
قُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ يَغُضُّوا۟ مِنْ أَبْصَـٰرِهِمْ وَيَحْفَظُوا۟ فُرُوجَهُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزْكَىٰ لَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرٌۢ بِمَا يَصْنَعُونَ ٣٠
O Prophet!˺ Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their chastity. That is purer for them. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what they do.
Suratun Noor, verse 30
The same instruction in a separate verse that follows instructs females to lower their gazes.
وَقُل لِّلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ يَغْضُضْنَ مِنْ أَبْصَـٰرِهِنَّ وَيَحْفَظْنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا ۖ وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ
And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity
Suratun Noor, verse 31
Question to these promiscuity promoters
If you ask these promiscuity promoters why do you promote TV? They will give an answer. If you ask them, “why do you promote watching soccer whereas it is not permissible to look at the thighs of another.”
Did not Rasulullah Sallallah alaihi wa Sallam say:
“غَطِّ فَخِذَكَ فَإِنَّهَا مِنَ الْعَوْرَةِ ” .
‘Cover your thigh, for indeed it is ‘Awrah.’

For each of these questions, they will give some cooked up answer to justify the filth they promote.
Today South Africa will play Czechia. A female will be running around with her yellow legs turning the desires of the men red. And you say “watch but just read Salaah”. Foolish Indeed!
