Answer:
Every person who is anti Israel does not become Muslim. There are Jews and Jewish organisations who oppose the oppression but this does not make them Muslim. Unfortunately, Muslims become trigger happy but fail to put things into perspective.
The attack is on our beliefs thus we have to sift out and make the facts clear:

Why do we say Shias are not Muslim and he should not praised with any Muslim title? Let us cut the emotions let us look at facts in their books:
- Regarding their 12 Imaams
In Al-Ḥukūmah Al-Islāmiyyah p.52,
“Of the fundamentals of our (Shia) religion, is the belief that our Imāms have a praised status which cannot be reached by any lofty angel or Messenger.”
In Uṣūl al-Kāfī p.26:
“There is a spirit greater than Jibra’il and Mika’il with the 12 Imāms which inspires them. This spirit does
not come to any Prophet besides Prophet Muḥammad.
This is a direct disbelief in the Quraan Shareef. Now can you get a Muslim who disbelieves in what the Quraan Shareef says?
Allah Ta’alaa states the high rank of the Ambiyaa Alaihimus Salaam over the worlds:
“and all of them We made to excel over the worlds”

Well who said Shias believe totally in the Quraan?
2. The Shias and Quraan
The renowned Shia book ‘Al-Kāfī’ vol.2 p.364 states: “The Quran that Jibra’īl brought to Muḥammad had 17,000 verses.”
We know the Quraan Majeed has 6236 verses yet they say it had 17 000 verses?
Are Shias Muslim or not?
We believe what Allah Ta’alaa says and not what the vile Shias say.
Allah Ta’alaa says in Suratul Hijr, verse 9:
“Verily, We have revealed the dhikr (Qur’ān) and We are its protectors”
The Shia scholar, Maqbūl Ḥusain Dehlwī writes (Reference: Qur’ān Translation by Maqbūl Ḥusain Delhwi, Chapter12, p. 384 & p.479 – Published in India): “The Qur’ān has been purposely altered by the drunkard Caliphs (Sayyidunā Abū- Bakr, Sayyidunā ‘Umar and Sayyidunā Usmān Radhiyallahu ‘anhum).”
Allah Ta’alaa selected the noble Sahaabah Radhiyallahu Anhum as the companions of Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘alaihi wa Sallam and our belief is that after Ambiyaa Alaihimus Salaam, the Sahaabah Radhiyallahu ‘Anhum are the best to walk on the surface of the earth.
THUS ZOHRAN MAMDANI IS NOT A MUSLIM DESPITE THE CLAIMS, DESPITE HIS SHOW OF BEING ANTI ISRAEL. HE IS ANTI ISLAM! SIMILAR IS ALL THE REST OF THE SHIAS! THE NEED OF THE HOUR IS TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN THE MUSLIM AND THE ANTI MUSLIM NAMED THE SHIAS!
