The suspense is now over. The Jamiatul Ulama South Africa has been playing these games for a while now. The objective is one and that is to change the Shariah to worship their desires.
Allah Ta’alaa says in Suratul Jaathiyah: Verse 23:
اَفَرَءَيۡتَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ اِلٰهَهٗ هَوٰٮهُ وَاَضَلَّهُ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى عِلۡمٍ وَّخَتَمَ عَلٰى سَمۡعِهٖ وَقَلۡبِهٖ وَجَعَلَ عَلٰى بَصَرِهٖ غِشٰوَةً ؕ فَمَنۡ يَّهۡدِيۡهِ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ اللّٰهِ ؕ اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُوۡنَ (23)
Translation:
So, have you seen him who has taken his desires as his god, and Allah has let him go astray, despite having knowledge, and has sealed his ear and his heart, and put a cover on his eye? Now who will guide him after Allah? Still, do you not take lesson?

Now this was a real good document the then Moulana had written. It spoke about the very same issues the Ummah is grappling with today. Now your question of what was the need to remove it is really valid. The removed document was titled:
“Responsibilities of a Mutawwali”
What makes it really interesting is that it was written by Moulana Sulaiman Ravat who serves as the first assistant secretary in their latest rigged “elections”. Now why this 8 page document comes in handy today is because many Masaajid feel that they are in power now and they cannot be questioned. This document was written in 2013 and together with the “responsibilities of a Mutawwali” it also details the qualities of the Mutawwali as well as the Imaam.
Let us take for example:
Molvi Sulaiman Ravat writes on page with regards to “appointment of an appropriate Imaam” under point number 4:
“He (the Imaam) must refrain from Haraam and Makroohat (doubtful)”
“If any Imaam does anything contrary to the Shari‘ah or introduces innovations, then he should be dismissed.“
Now this document as it stands serves as a threat to all the big shots serving the very organisation. Their Imaamat posts will be at risk because they openly engaging in Haraam acts in fact proudly shoving the kufr interfaith agenda down the throats of their congregations.
Further the document states:
“Some Mutawallis dislike and are offended by the Imaam’s mentioning of any vices or faults in which they are involved in, thus they prevent the Imaam from such lectures. Such an attitude leads to the prevalence of severe sins. Such Mutawallis will be considered amongst those subjected to the severe warnings given in the following verse: “And who is more unjust than he who forbids that in places for the worship of Allah, Allaah’s name should be celebrated?” (Al-Baqarah 2:114)
Now we have to just ask the Jamiatul Ulama South Africa one question:
Why do the Masaajid they run prevent Imaams to speak the Haqq and they are thrown out of their positions if they speak against their agenda. To know their agenda you just have to look at what governments agenda is.
They have thrown out the Shariah. They block the Haqq from spreading in their Masaajid. They consider the Haqq to be a virus. They called the Haqq a virus. They said the Masaajid are spreaders of the virus!
THIS IS THE REASON THEY HAD TO REMOVE THIS DOCUMENT!
This document serves useful for Masaajid like Sunninghill who seek to call an open sinner for a Jumuah lecture. This document serves useful for the Uwais Qarnee Masjid who is calling a non Muslim to deliver the lecture there.
It had to be removed so baatil can spread. We have to preserve it to keep on questioning their shift away from their Haqq!
