Question:
Recently we came across this missile with Mufti AK Saheb’s name on it and a Iranian flag next to it, has he turned Shia. The claim is that Mufti AK Saheb has now changed his views on Shiasm? Kindly clarify.
Answer:
Regarding the missile with Mufti Ak Saheb, today social media is flooded with all sorts of designs and creations so that is not a proof for any stance against anybody nevermind those who choose to remain simple and oblivious of producing such designs.
Let it be clear that Mufti Abdool Kader Hoosen has not changed his view on Iran and the Kufr of the Shias. Ask Mufti Abdool Kader Saheb to go on his platform, Markaz Sahaabah and tell the world of the Kufr of Shias and Iranians and In shaa Allah he will do so. To come to such a conclusion can only come from people who wish to remain stuck in an imaginary world.

Allah Ta’alaa says:
O believers! Avoid many suspicions, ˹for˺ indeed, some suspicions are sinful. And do not spy, nor backbite one another. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of their dead brother? You would despise that!1 And fear Allah. Surely Allah is ˹the˺ Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful.

Regarding Mufti Sahebs view on one enemy weakening another then this is proven in the Quraan Shareef which Mufti Siraaj Desai Saheb has stated in his latest release in Al-Farouq, issue 16, vol 3:
“Our dua should not be for the victory or superiority of Iran; instead, we continue dua that Allah
Ta’ala destroy the Zionist regime of Israel and that He punishes them for their crimes against
humanity, by whichever means. And Allah Ta’ala will use any means or force that He wishes to
mete out such punishment and destruction.
The Holy Quran declares: “And in this manner, we impose some oppressors over others (to
punish them) because of what they have done” (Surah An’aam, verse 129)”
There is no problem in being happy with the system of Allah Ta’alaa! Lastly if you still doubtful of the matter then you ask Mufti Saheb to go on his public platforms and refresh his stance on the matter of unity between Shias and Sunnis!
