Making Homemade Juice

There are two main methods for making juice at home. You can use a juicer or you can use a blender and then strain the juice

Recipe Steps Using a Juicer

Step One

Wash all of your produce. Cut it into pieces small enough to fit through the feeding tube of your juicer.

Step Two

Feed the vegetable and fruit pieces into the feeding tube of your juicer. Alternate hard and soft pieces of fruit and vegetable to help get the most juice out of your fruits and veggies.

Step Three

Serve the juice immediately. It is best served right after you make it

Recipe Steps Using a Blender

Step One

Wash all of your produce. Cut all the produce into pieces small enough to fit through the feeding tube of your juicer.

Step Two

Combine the ingredients into the base of a high-speed blender. You may need to include 1/4 – 1/2 cup of water to help the ingredients blender completely

Step Three

Process on high for about 30-45 seconds.

Step Four

Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag, so that only the juice remains. Discard the pulp or save it for another use
